What this site is
Dementia Atlas is a public information resource about dementia, care, treatments, and related topics. It is operated by the Foundation for the Eradication of Dementia and Mental Illness, in connection with Accelerated Medicine Foundation Inc., a Wyoming nonprofit (150 E B St Lbby #1810, Casper, WY 82601-7004, USA).
Not medical advice
Nothing on Dementia Atlas is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Do not delay or change care because of something you read here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation for the Eradication of Dementia and Mental Illness, Accelerated Medicine Foundation Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, except where prohibited by law.
